MCA-650 CNC High Vacuum Metallizing Machine adopts internationally advanced technology design, enabling continuous one-sided aluminum and aluminum/zinc metallization on plastic films such as PET and OPP, to form the desired metallized film products.

The powerful, robust evaporation source with a staggered ceramic boat arrangement provides excellent coating uniformity, with coating thickness uniformity below ±5% guaranteed.

Substrates, in particular low tension or heat sensitive films such as CPP and PE, benefit from our Free Span Metallizer. Our design avoids large thermal gradient between the cooled process drum and the hot film surface, and reduces radiant heat, solving most intractable problems like light line, wrinkle, spatter and micro-cracking. Consequently, both functional and aesthetic performances of coated film are improved.

Inverter Frequency Control and the short pump tube in the Vacuum System minimize pumping time. There are no edge shields to adjust and clean, nor drum to clean, dramatically increasing productive time.

• High precision winding-system: Digital winding electronic, unwinding with transverse oscillation possible. Two different rewind modes.
• Spreader roller: Metal straight spreader rollers for uniform tension across the total web width and uniform coating & rewinding.
• Combined mode evaporation system:
  1. ALUMINIUM SOURCE: Thermal evaporator for resistance heated inter metallic composite. Continuous aluminium wire feed system which can be observed conveniently.
  2. ZINC SOURCE: Radiation heated furnace for zinc evaporation. Nozzle plates for uniform or reinforced edge coating.
• Advanced oil masking system: For the production of unmetallised stripes in web direction. Multi-position high precision remote controlled adjustment with digital indication on the touch screen. Radiation oil heating & oil pollution preventive design.
• Precision process control: Industry PC control system based on Windows operation with BECKHOFF TFT touch screen. Ethernet connection for easy remote diagnostic, data logging and software update with safety interlocking.
